Our services

We offer classes and workshops combining the joy of dance, the power of community, and the wisdom of holistic well-being. We are based in the Boston area and can travel within Massachusetts. Services can also be offered online and provided in Spanish, French or English.

  • Six to eight weekly classes blending dance and interactive discussions, lasting 75 to 90 minutes.

  • Sessions can be held in studios, community spaces, outdoors or online.

  • Participants only need comfortable clothing and exercise shoes. Mats or chairs can be used for stretching and discussions.

  • Each class includes a warm-up, aerobic dancing, and a cool-down to ensure safety.

  • Wellness workshops educate participants on wellness elements, stress impacts, and the benefits of dancing, incorporating movement and dance activities.

  • These workshops are held in various locations such as dance studios, community spaces, outdoors, or virtually.

  • Participants receive a booklet with workshop information and ways to stay involved in ongoing Dancing into Wellness programs and events.

  • Workshops typically last 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing time for dancing, group exchanges, and discussions.

  • Similar to workshops, private wellness events are individually tailored to meet the needs of the group. Elements of movement, dancing as well as wellness education will be adapted to the participant's interest and abilities.

  • Participants will have the option to remain connected with the larger Dancing into Wellness community and to be informed of related, classes, workshops and events.
